12 inch everyday hot pot, natural polish or orange lac
The plain 12 inch hot pot the workshop has made for years — one turned body, one heavy lid, a single hairline of brass tracing the waist. It keeps a stack of roti warm for the length of a meal and wipes clean with a dry cloth. Two designs at the same price: a natural polished sheesham finish that shows the grain, and an orange lac finish with a scratched naqshi line. Say which one you want when you order.

Every piece is made by hand, so the wood grain, carving and colour vary a little from the photo. That variation is normal and is what makes each one its own.
Price is for the piece as shown, before delivery. Payment is taken in advance by bank transfer before the workshop begins — there is no cash on delivery on the catalogue.

Care
- Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak, do not put in a dishwasher, and do not leave standing in water.
- Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and standing heat so the wood does not dry or fade.
- A light food-safe mineral oil once or twice a year keeps plain serving pieces from drying out.
- Small variations in grain, carving depth and colour are normal — each piece is finished by hand in Sillanwali.
