We ship worldwide from the workshop in Sillanwali. Because every piece is made to order, your total time is the crafting time plus the transit time you choose.

Where we deliver

Within Pakistan: nationwide, to all major cities and most towns through established courier partners. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, message us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Internationally: we ship worldwide, including the UK, United States, Australia, and the Gulf. Because cost and transit time depend on the destination and the size of the piece, both are quoted for your order over WhatsApp before crafting begins — so you know the full amount before you pay anything.

How long it takes

Within Pakistan, your order reaches you within 3 to 4 days. Every piece is made to order, but custom does not mean weeks of waiting — the workshop makes it and dispatches it so the courier delivers nationwide inside that window. Internationally, you choose the speed: express within a week, or standard within two weeks.

• Pakistan: delivered within 3 to 4 days, nationwide.
• Express transit (international): within a week once the piece is dispatched.
• Standard transit (international): within two weeks once the piece is dispatched.
• International: quoted with your order, since exact courier time varies by destination.

We confirm your order by WhatsApp within 24 hours before crafting begins, and let you know when your piece is dispatched.

Packaging

Every piece is packed to survive the journey: wrapped and cushioned with foam corners inside a rigid box, so the lac surface and any engraving arrive as they left the workshop. Fragile pieces are double-boxed.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with your order. For international orders the shipping cost is quoted alongside the price of the piece, so nothing is added later. Prices are quoted in PKR. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, before crafting begins, and confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Any customs duty or import tax charged by your own country is not included and is payable by you on arrival.

When your parcel arrives

Please inspect your parcel at the door and record an unboxing video as you open it. If anything is damaged in transit, the video lets us resolve it quickly — see our Return & Refund Policy for the damaged-parcel process.
