Every piece in our collections is ready to ship from the workshop in Sillanwali. We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by Leopards, and you pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
Where we deliver
Within Pakistan: nationwide, to all major cities and most towns, by Leopards. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Outside Pakistan: the online shop does not deliver abroad, because cash on delivery is not available across borders. Please contact the workshop and we will arrange your order, the shipping to your country and the payment with you directly.
How long it takes
- We call you within 24 hours of your order to confirm it.
- Once confirmed, Leopards delivers within 3 to 4 days, nationwide.
Delivery charges
One standard shipping charge is added to your order total, set by the size of the parcel. The Wooden Foot Massager ships free anywhere in Pakistan.
- Small pieces — boxes, coasters, plates, jars and kitchen tools: PKR 250
- Medium pieces — lamps, wall clocks, vases, surahis and serving pieces: PKR 400
- Tables: PKR 700
An order pays the rate of its largest piece, once (the foot massager adds nothing). Your cart and checkout show the full total — products plus shipping — before you place the order, and it is paid in cash when the parcel arrives.
Payment
Cash on delivery. Nothing is paid online or in advance — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Prices are in PKR.
Packaging
Every piece is packed to survive the journey: wrapped and cushioned with foam corners inside a rigid box, so the lac surface arrives as it left the workshop. Fragile pieces are double-boxed.
When your parcel arrives
Please inspect your parcel at the door and record an unboxing video as you open it. If anything is damaged in transit, the video lets us resolve it quickly — see our Return & Refund Policy for the damaged-parcel process.
