These terms govern your purchase from Sillanwali Handicrafts at sillanwalihandicrafts.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Made-to-order goods

Every piece is made to order by hand after you place your order. Because each piece is hand-turned, hand-lacquered, and hand-scratched, small natural variations in colour, grain, and pattern are expected and are part of the craft — they are not defects. Crafting times shown on each product are estimates.

Personalization is your responsibility to confirm

For personalized pieces, you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, ayats, and text you provide. We send you the exact spelling and layout to approve before crafting begins. Once you confirm, we craft it as approved. We cannot replace or refund a personalized piece for a spelling or content error you approved, so please check the confirmation carefully.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices shown as "From" are starting prices; the final price of a personalized or custom piece is confirmed with you before crafting. We may update prices at any time, but the price confirmed for your order is the price that applies to it.

Payment — in advance

Payment is made in advance, before crafting begins. Because every piece is custom and made to order, we confirm the details and payment with you on WhatsApp within 24 hours before any tool touches the wood.

Once you've paid, your piece is yours to keep

Because pieces are made to order — and personalized pieces are made specifically for you — and paid for in advance, please order only when you're sure. A custom piece once begun is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we begin crafting only after payment and approval of any engraving.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, and the Sillanwali name — belongs to Sillanwali Handicrafts and may not be copied or reused without permission. If you supply a logo or artwork for engraving, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you keep ownership of it; you grant us only the permission needed to engrave your order.
