Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase from Sillanwali Handicrafts at sillanwalihandicrafts.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Handmade goods

Every piece in our collections is made by hand in our Sillanwali workshop and is ready to ship. Because each piece is hand-turned, hand-lacquered and hand-scratched, small natural variations in colour, grain and pattern are expected and are part of the craft — they are not defects.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a piece comes in several sizes or colours, the price shown when you choose an option is the price of that option. We may update prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it.

Delivery charges

A delivery charge applies by parcel size, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and is shown before you place your order. The Wooden Foot Massager ships free.

Payment — cash on delivery

Orders placed on this website are paid in cash on delivery, inside Pakistan. Nothing is charged when you order. We call you within 24 hours to confirm your order and address before it is dispatched; you pay the courier the order total, including any delivery charge, when the parcel arrives.

Confirming and cancelling

If we cannot reach you to confirm an order, we may hold or cancel it. If you need to cancel, tell us before the parcel is dispatched. Please order only when you intend to accept the parcel — refused cash-on-delivery parcels cost the workshop courier charges both ways.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom pieces — engraving, a size or design of your own — and bulk orders are separate from the shop. They are quoted individually through the Custom Orders and Bulk Orders pages, and their price, timeline and payment are agreed with you when quoted. For engraved pieces, you are responsible for the spelling and content you approve.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, and the Sillanwali name — belongs to Sillanwali Handicrafts and may not be copied or reused without permission. If you supply a logo or artwork for engraving, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you keep ownership of it; you grant us only the permission needed to engrave your order.
