A hand-carved box in plain sheesham
A 4 by 6 inch box carved over the whole lid in a running floral pattern and left in a natural polish, so the work reads as shadow in the wood rather than colour on top of it. Small brass-toned catch at the front.

Every piece is made by hand, so the wood grain, carving and colour vary a little from the photo. That variation is normal and is what makes each one its own.
Price is for the piece as shown, before delivery. Payment is taken in advance by bank transfer before the workshop begins — there is no cash on delivery on the catalogue.

Care
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, chemical cleaners and polish sprays.
- Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and standing heat so the wood does not dry or fade.
- Small variations in grain, carving depth and colour are normal — each piece is finished by hand in Sillanwali.
